This Privacy Policy describes how Agentic Society LLC (“Agentic Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit agenticsociety.com (the “Site”) or interact with our services.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Submit a form or membership application on our Site
- Sign up for our community or courses
- Register for or check in at an event
- Submit an idea to the live board at an event
- Contact us by email or phone
This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and the business details you choose to share when you apply or participate, such as your company, your role, and what you want to build with AI.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain data, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring URLs
- Device type and operating system
This data is collected through cookies and third-party tracking technologies.
Recordings and Transcripts
As described in our Terms of Use, Agentic Society meetings, events, calls, and sessions are recorded and transcribed as part of membership. These recordings and transcripts may include your voice, likeness, and the contributions you make during a session.
Information We Publish
Our event recaps, member profiles, and idea pages are public parts of this Site. They can include your name, photo, company, links you gave us, quotes from what you said in the room, and the ideas and outcomes you submitted or presented. We may also use the same material in marketing. If you want something removed, changed, or kept unpublished, email hello@agenticsociety.com and we will honor reasonable requests.
2. Tracking Technologies
We use the following third-party tools to measure performance and improve our advertising:
- Meta Pixel: tracks visitor behavior for Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- TikTok Pixel: tracks visitor behavior for TikTok ad campaigns
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with our Site
- Google Tag Manager: manages and deploys all tracking scripts
You can opt out of personalized advertising at optout.aboutads.info or through your device and browser privacy settings. See also Section 9 (Your California Privacy Rights) and Section 10 (Cookies and Consent).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and form submissions
- Send marketing and promotional communications you have opted into
- Deliver course content, community access, and member benefits
- Record and transcribe member meetings to deliver personalized follow-up, make relevant introductions between members, and build AI agents and technology that support our members' goals and the community
- Publish event recaps, member profiles, and idea pages on this Site, and use that material in our marketing
- Measure and improve advertising performance
- Analyze Site usage and improve our products
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. SMS Communications
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages from Agentic Society at the phone number you provide.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to any purchased products or community membership.
We will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or text-messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers (such as our messaging platform) acting on our behalf to deliver the messages you opted into.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our business, including:
- Go High Level: CRM and marketing automation
- Stripe: payment processing
- Skool: community platform
- Luma: event registration and guest lists
- Zoom, Fathom, and Granola: hosting, recording, and transcribing virtual sessions
- Vercel and Neon: website hosting and the event database
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): advertising and analytics
- TikTok: advertising and analytics
- Google: analytics and advertising
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information, including transactional records, contact information, and meeting recordings and transcripts, for as long as needed to operate our business, deliver member benefits, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not routinely delete this information.
If you would like specific parts of a transcript redacted or kept unpublished, email hello@agenticsociety.com and we will honor reasonable requests.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Request redaction of specific transcript content
- Request removal or correction of material we published about you
Because we retain transactional records, contact information, and meeting transcripts to run our business and meet legal obligations, we may be unable to fully delete certain records, but we will honor reasonable requests to the extent required by law. 9. Your California Privacy Rights
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta, TikTok, and Google) may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by:
- Using the opt-out link in Section 2 (optout.aboutads.info)
- Enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), in your browser
- Adjusting your cookie and advertising settings
California residents may also request access to or correction of their personal information and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
10. Cookies and Consent
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising using the tools described above. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
