Common questions
Partner program FAQ
The short version of how referrals, credit and payouts work.
How much can I earn?
10% of what your referral pays upfront, paid once. A full membership pays you $600. A monthly membership or a hackathon ticket pays you $200.
Do I have to be a member?
No. Anyone can be a partner, and members can be partners too. You just can't earn a commission on your own membership.
When do I get paid?
On the 15th of each month, through Stripe, straight to your bank. Each commission pays out once it is 30 days old.
What do I need to get paid?
Two things, both in your dashboard: connect Stripe and upload a W-9 (a W-8BEN if you are outside the US).
What if I introduce someone in person?
Add them in your partner dashboard before they buy. That locks in your credit.
