You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

Agentic Society offers digital products, online courses, and community memberships (hosted on Skool at skool.com/agentic-society). By purchasing or joining, you agree to:

  • Use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Not share login credentials or access with others
  • Comply with the community guidelines of any platform used to deliver our services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or membership feature at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active memberships during the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. By purchasing, you agree to their applicable terms.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

  • All digital product sales are final
  • Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time

If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us at support@agenticsociety.com within 7 days of your purchase date.

6. Community Standards

As a member of Agentic Society, you agree to engage respectfully with other members. We reserve the right to remove any member who:

  • Engages in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
  • Spams or solicits other members without permission
  • Shares or promotes illegal or harmful content
  • Violates the platform terms of Skool or any other service we use

Removal for violation of community standards does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That any specific results will be achieved from use of our courses or community
  • The accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Distel Properties, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site
  • Any content obtained from the Site
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

  • Skool (community platform)
  • Go High Level (CRM and communication)
  • Meta, TikTok, Google (advertising)

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party platform. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
