Terms of Use

These Terms of Service govern access to agenticsociety.com and products offered by Agentic Society LLC (“Agentic Society,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Use of the Site

Users must comply with all laws and may not violate others' rights. Prohibited activities include transmitting harmful content, unauthorized system access, scraping, and reproducing course materials without permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, video, and audio, is the exclusive property of Agentic Society LLC and protected by copyright laws.

3. Membership, Billing, and Renewal

Agentic Society offers annual memberships and digital products, with the community and curriculum hosted on Skool. Membership is personal to you, and you agree not to share your login credentials. All prices are shown in USD, and payments are processed by third-party providers.

Memberships bill annually and renew automatically at your then-current rate unless you cancel. Members who joined under a founding rate keep that rate at renewal for as long as their membership remains active without lapsing. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@agenticsociety.com; cancellation stops your next renewal, and your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future terms.

4. Recording and Transcription of Meetings

As a condition of membership, you acknowledge and agree that all Agentic Society meetings, events, calls, and sessions are recorded and transcribed. By participating, you understand that everything is recorded.

We use these recordings and transcripts to deliver personalized follow-up, make relevant introductions and connections between members, and build AI agents and technology that support the goals of our members and the community. If you would like specific parts of a transcript read back to you, redacted, or kept unpublished, email hello@agenticsociety.com and we will honor reasonable requests.

5. Refunds: 90-Day “Do the Work” Guarantee

Within your first 90 days, if you complete at least 75% of the curriculum (through in-person events, live sessions, or replays), make a genuine attempt to build the AI agents we teach, and are still not satisfied with your results, we will refund your membership payment. To process a refund, you will provide documentation of your curriculum completion, your build attempt, and a written explanation of what you expected and experienced. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days.

After 90 days, all sales are final and no refunds or prorated refunds are issued. You may cancel at any time to stop your next renewal, but the current term is non-refundable.

6. Community Standards

Members must engage respectfully. Violations including harassment, spam, or illegal content may result in removal without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without guaranteed results or error-free operation. Agentic Society teaches and helps you build AI agents and tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, are not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and you are responsible for reviewing them and deciding how to use them.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Links and Platforms

We aren't responsible for third-party platforms like Skool, Go High Level, Stripe, or Meta.

10. Governing Law

Texas law governs; disputes resolve in Travis County courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms, revising the “Last updated” date to indicate changes. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
